Good product, slow shipping

I purchased an AV over IP encoder for a small project. The product itself is robust and integrated well into my existing network without much fuss. Setup was fairly intuitive for someone with a bit of networking background. My only real gripe was the shipping time. It took closer to 10 days to arrive, which was a bit longer than I expected given the 'in stock' status when I ordered. The packaging was secure, though. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping delay, but couldn't speed it up. Overall, satisfied with the encoder's performance, but they could improve on delivery speed.
